Appeal brought in Belgium on PNR agreement with United States

Brussels, 10/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 10 June, MEPs Rui Tavares (GUE/NGL, Portugal) and Jan Philipp Albrecht (Greens/EFA, Germany) supported a request lodged with the Constitutional Court of Belgium to annul the law for transposition of the EU-US PNR (Passenger Name Record) agreement.
