Brussels, 17/05/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 17 May, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of NWR Energy a.s. by Dalkia Èeská republika, two Czech companies in the energy sector, thus concluding that the transaction proposed would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA).
