11/05/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 10 May, the EU Council of Ministers adopted negotiating briefs for the Commission with a view to concluding association agreements with Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. “The adoption of these negotiating directives is a clear sign of our strong commitment to further deepen the relationship between the EU and the countries of the South Caucasus”, Catherine Ashton commented.
