07/05/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 5 May 2010, the European Commission sent Estonia, Italy, Luxembourg and Portugal to the European Court of Justice for failure to provide details of measures taken to introduce into domestic legislation EU Directive 2005/74/EC on working conditions in the international rail industry, legislation that should have been transposed by 27 July 2008 after consultation with trade unions and employers.
