Brussels, 04/05/2010 (Agence Europe) - In March 2010 compared with February 2010, the industrial producer price index rose by 0.6% in the euro area and was up by 0.7% in the EU27. In February, prices increased by 0.1% in both zones. In March 2010 compared with March 2009, industrial producer prices rose by 0.9% in the euro area and by 1.7% in the EU27. These figures were published on Tuesday 4 March by Eurostat.
