Brussels, 21/04/2010 (Agence Europe) - The informal meeting of sports ministers held on 20 and 21 April in Madrid will go down in the annals as marking a more European sports policy. It was the first time such a meeting was held since entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty, which now defines sport as coming within Community scope.
