21/04/2010 (Agence Europe) - The Brussels office of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) is holding a conference on “The EU's foreign policy towards Cuba: between pragmatism and value-orientation” at the Cercle Royal Gaulois, rue de la Loi 5, Brussels on 27 April. Speakers will include former President of the European Parliament (and current KAS President) Hans-Gert Pöttering, a representative of the Christian Democrat Party of Cuba, a representative of the European Commission and Chairman of the European Parliament delegation to the Euro-Latin American Parliamentary Assembly José Ignacio Salafranca.
