Brussels, 20/04/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 19 April, European telecommunications ministers adopted the Declaration of Grenada that lays the foundation of Europe's new digital economy policy over the next 15 years. The aim is to develop a single digital market, which is only at its beginnings.
