Monday 19 - From 5.00pm to 11.00pm: resumption of session and order of business. One-minute speeches. Power of legislative delegation (own initiative report by József Szájer). Oral question to the Commission on the EU airline blacklist. Aviation security charges (report by Jörg Leichtfried, co-decision, 1st reading). Community guidelines for the development of the trans-European transport network (report by Brian Simpson, co-decision, 1st reading). Strategic goals and recommendations for the EU's maritime transport policy until 2018 (own initiative report by Peter van Dalen). Short presentation of the following reports: Europeana - the next steps (Helga Trüpel); - Evaluation and assessment of the Animal Welfare Action Plan (Marit Paulsen); - EU-Agriculture and Climate change (Stéphane Le Foll); - Agriculture in areas with natural handicaps: A special health check (Herbert Dorfmann); - Simplification of the CAP (Richard Ashworth).
