Brussels, 15/04/2010 (Agence Europe) - On 15 April, the European Commission announced it had allocated €10 million to the 7th DIPECHO action plan for preparing disaster relief in Central America, one of the regions of the world most exposed to natural disasters given the frequency, gravity and magnitude of the risks - mainly cyclones and flooding, as well as drought and earthquakes.
