07/04/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 7 April, the European Commission granted clearance to a proposed concentration by which Siemens Aktiengesellschaft (Germany) and Sinara Locomotives Limited (Cyprus), controlled by Dmitry Pumpyansky (Russia) will create a joint venture which will be active in the design, manufacturing, commissioning, marketing, sale and servicing of locomotives in Russia.
