26/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 26 March, the European Commission approved the proposed acquisition, by way of purchase of shares, of joint control of Groupe Proclif SAS of France by Ramsay Health Care of Australia and Predica of France, belonging to the Groupe Crédit Agricole. Ramsay Health Care runs private hospitals and day surgery facilities in Australia, Indonesia and the United Kingdom. Predica is an insurance and financial services company.
