Brussels, 18/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - MEPs are to approve amendments to the financial regulation and the staff regulation, both of which are essential for the creation of a European External Action Service (EEAS), but this will not be until the Council has approved an agreement on EEAS establishment with endorsement from both Commission and European Parliament. “The final vote in Parliament on funding the service and on the status of officials will not be until the day after the Council's...
