18/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 17 March, the European Commission cleared the proposed merger by which HAVI Global Logistics GmbH of Germany and McKey Luxembourg S.à.r.l. of Luxembourg, will acquire joint control of German-based STI Freight Management GmbH by way of purchase of shares in the newly created company constituting a joint venture. HAVI Global Logistics, which belongs to HAVI Group LP of the United States, is active in food and non-food logistics and distribution. McKey...
