12/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 11 March 2010, EU member states gave the go-ahead to rapid conclusion of the second stage of the Open Skies agreement with the United States but without dropping their initial demand for reciprocal opening of the possibility for EU companies to invest in US airlines.
