Public consultation on radio spectrum

Brussels, 05/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 4 March, the European Commission launched a public consultation exercise on the strategic priorities for an EU radio spectrum policy programme for 2011-2015. Access to radio spectrum is essential for a huge range of activities from telephony and broadcasting through to transport and space applications. It is also crucial that all Europeans have wide and fair access to radio spectrum to ensure they can enjoy the benefits of digital technology...
