01/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - As of Monday 1 March, Poul Skytte Christophersen, previously Denmark's permanent representative to the EU, will be the "special adviser" to the high representative of the EU for foreign affairs, Catherine Ashton, for the creation of the European External Action Service (EEAS).
