01/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 1 March, the European Commission sent a statement of objections to the Polish telecoms incumbent operator - Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (TP). The statement of objections outlines the Commission's preliminary view that TP has abused its dominant position by refusing to supply remunerated access to its wholesale broadband services.
