18/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 18 February, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of sole control of BCA Holdings Limited of United Kingdom by CD&R Osprey Bidco Limited also of United Kingdom, by way of purchase of shares. CD&R is a private equity funds company. BCA is active in used vehicle remarketing services. (O.L./transl.rt)
