18/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 18 February, the European Commission granted clearance to the proposed acquisition of sole control of Allee Center Kft of Hungary by Allianz SE of Germany and ING Real Estate Development International B.V. of the Netherlands. Allianz is active in insurance and financial services, ING Real Estate Development International in financing and development of real estate and Allee Center operates the Allee Shopping Center in central Budapest.
