Commissioner László Andor welcomes adoption of new micro-finance instrument to help promote job creation and inclusion

Brussels, 11/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - During the plenary session in Strasbourg on Thursday 11 February, the European Parliament adopted by 511 votes in favour, 95 against, with 11 abstentions, the compromise reached on 3 July for a new Micro-finance instrument to help promote job creation and inclusion (PROGRESS micro-finance instrument).
