Parliament asks Commission to do all it can to fight violence against women and introduce European level paternity leave

Brussels, 11/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 10 February in Strasbourg, the European Parliament adopted by 381 votes in favour, 252 votes against, with 31 abstentions, the report drafted by Marc Tarabella (S&D, Belgium) on gender equality in the EU by 2020.
