03/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - On 29 January, the Council tabled two draft regulations on anti-dumping procedures relating to products imported from China. One puts in place a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain ring-binding mechanisms, and the other closes the partial re-assessment, opened in December 2008, into anti-dumping measures on imports of certain tungsten electrodes.
