Brussels, 11/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 11 January, a European Commission spokesperson announced that the director general of the European Anti-fraud Office (OLAF), Franz-Herman Brüner from Germany, had passed away at the weekend “following a long illness”. Mr Brüner had been the director general at OLAF since 1 March 2000.
