11/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 8 January, the European Commission gave the go-ahead for the acquisition of joint control by Sita France (controlled by Suez Environment and Paprec Plastiques), belonging to the Paprec group of take joint control of France Plastiques Recyclage SAS. The latter processes plastic bottles made of polyethylene terephthalate. All the companies are covered by French law.
