Brussels, 18/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - At a press conference in Brussels on Friday 18 December 2009, Spanish foreign minister Miguel Angel Moratinos described the main aims to be pursued by the Spanish Presidency in the first six months of next year (the fourth Spanish Presidency since the country joined the EU in 1986).
