Parliament adopts measures to help unemployed get microcredit but still no deal on funding

Brussels, 16/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - In plenary on Tuesday 17 December 2009, the European Parliament adopted by 516 to 82 and 4 abstentions a report by Kinga Göncz (S&D, Hungary) on the setting up of an EU microcredit system for jobs and social inclusion (known as 'Progress' microcredit).
