17/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 17 November, after a re-assessment carried out under the terms of Community regulation 384/96/EC on antidumping following the expiry of the measures provided for by regulation 1905/2003/EC adopted by the Council in October 2003, the European Commission presented a proposal for a Council regulation in which it recommends a two-year extension to the definitive antidumping duties on imports of furfurylic acid from China.
