16/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 12 November 2009, the European Investment Bank (EIB) signed a €395 million finance contract with Romania to fund the fourth phase of modernising the Bucharest underground network, namely Line 5 Drumul Taberei - Pantelimon, section Drumul Taberei - Universitate.
