Commission authorises joint control of Newco BilFinans by Volkswagen Financial Services and MoellerGruppen

Brussels, 09/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 9 November, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to the proposed joint venture which would see Volkswagen Financial Services AG of Germany, belonging to the VW Group, and MoellerGruppen AS of Norway, controlled by members of the Moeller family, acquire joint control of Newco BilFinans AS of Norway by way of purchase of shares in a newly created company constituting a joint venture.
