The Swedish group BECKER INDUSTRIE, specialised in industrial paint, has taken over the control of the French company BLANCOMME of which it will sell certain activities. It will thus sell the food packaging paint business (FF 80 million in turnover) to German RHENA COAT and the car paint business (FF 30 million in turnover) to French VERNE SOUDEE. It keeps, on the other hand, the speciality liquid paint business (FF 200 million turnover and 200 employed) and the powder paints business (FF 104 million turnover with 60 employed).
