Commission approves EUR 432.6 million technical assistance programme in favour of Italian regions

Brussels, 31/05/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the European Commission approved a technical assistance programme in favour of several Italian regions for the 2000-2006 period. It will bring support to the management, follow-up and assessment of the interventions by the structural funds in the Italian regions that are lagging in development and will also allow to implement training, information and communication actions concerning these interventions.
