07/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Foundation Heinz Schwarzkopf awards, for the fifth time, the "Yong European/European of the Year" award, aimed at youths from 18 to 28 having "contributed in a significant manner to mutual understanding and European integration." The prize of DM 10,000 is aimed at financing an internship with a European parliamentarian or in another European institution.
