09/10/2012 (Agence Europe) - Poland, EBRD loan of €75 million for NLG terminal. The Polish transport network manager, Gaz-System, has obtained a 12-year loan for the construction of the first Natural Liquid Gas (NLG) terminal in Swinoujscie, on the Baltic coast. This project will be carried out by the Polskie GNL Company. Once it is operational in 2014, the terminal will receive NGL from Qatar, which will provide a third of the country's gas consumption (5 billing m3 the year). Sixty-five percent of the gas currently consumed in Poland every year is imported from Russia (10 billion m3). (EH/trans/fl)
