(EU) EU/KOSOVO: Wolfgang Ischinger to represent EU in Kosovo talks

Brussels, 30/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - EU High Representative for the CFSP Javier Solana has decided to appoint Wolfgang Ischinger to represent the EU in future talks between Serbia and Kosovo on the status of Kosovo. The German diplomat, former German ambassador to Washington and currently the German ambassador to London, will join US and Russian representatives in talks on the status of what is currently a province of Serbia.
