07/10/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 7 October, the European Commission authorised the purchase of Czech company Pražská teplárenská, a.s (PT) by three entities: the company International Power Opatovice, a.s., also from the Czech Republic, the German company EnBW AG and the City of Prague.
