First loan for small businesses in Luxembourg with BGL BNP Paribas

Brussels, 24/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) and BGL BNP Paribas have signed a partnership agreement whereby BGL BNP Paribas will distribute a €50 million new generation EIB loan for SMEs in Luxembourg. BGL BNP Paribas' branches will be the financial intermediaries for lending the EIB funds on to small and medium-sized businesses to support their investment projects. This is the first such operation in Luxembourg. The necessary procedures are already in place...
