21/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - As part of the Understanding China programme, which is co-financed by the European Commission, the Assembly of French Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ACFCI) and the Association of European Chambers of Commerce (Eurochambres) are holding a round table discussion on access to the Chinese market in Paris on 24 September. Following a presentation on European policy in this area and on the Understanding China programme by Christian Siebert, Head of International Affairs Unit at DG Enterprise of the Commission, and the experiences of representatives of a large company and a French SME operating in China, three simultaneous workshops will give those taking part the opportunity to better understand how to gain access to the Chinese market and develop their activities there.
