18/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 17 September 2009, the European Commission authorised the acquisition of Przedsiêbiorstwo Robót In¿ynieryjnych POL-AQUA S.A. (Poland) by Spain's Dragados SA. Both are involved in building infrastructure, road, rail and pipelines. The deal was examined using the simplified procedure. (C.D.)
