11/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 10 September, the European Commission submitted to the EU Council of Ministers a draft decision on the signing and conclusion of a voluntary partnership agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Ghana on the application of forest regulations, governance and trade in timber and derived products towards the Community.
