Brussels, 09/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 7 September, the incoming prime minister of Japan Yukio Hatoyamo announced a new Japanese target of a 25% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2020, compared with 1990 levels (compared with an 8% reduction over the same period proposed by the outgoing prime minister.)
