Brussels, 08/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - The Supreme Court of Paraguay has confirmed in the last instance the condemnation of a Spanish national and his Paraguayan accomplice for defalcation of EU aid funds, the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) announced in a press release published on Tuesday 8 September.
