Brussels, 08/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has earmarked a further €53.475 million in additional humanitarian aid for vulnerable drought victims in Africa. The financing decisions, announced on Tuesday 8 September, were taken by the services of Karel De Gucht, European Commissioner for Development and Humanitarian Aid.
