Brussels, 05/08/2009 (Agence Europe) - Discussions on the Community strategy to improve how old vessels from EU member states or owned by European companies are dismantled will intensify under Swedish Presidency. The EU Presidency wants member states to reach agreement quickly on the measures the Union could take to improve the situation, from the points of view of both worker safety and protecting the environment.
