First nanotechnology research laboratory opens in Europe

Brussels, 29/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Union considers that nanotechnology research into atoms and molecules is now crucial for social and economic development. EU members have already invested €3.5bn to fund this kind of research within the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) (2007-13)
