27/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 22 July, the European Investment Bank (EIB) granted a €25 million loan to the Romanian water utility company, Compania de Apa Somes SA, the modernisation and extension of drinking water and wastewater infrastructure, including water and wastewater treatment in Cluj and Sãlaj counties in the north-west of Romania.
