08/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank has signed a guarantee agreement with Montenegro covering finance contacts with Montenegrin banks for a total amount of up to €100 million. The operation aims to support projects essentially carried out by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and local authorities, mainly in the field of the knowledge economy, energy and environmental protection. A minimum of 70% of the loan amount will be allocated to SME projects....
