06/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - According to the Finance Director of the consortium Nord Stream, Paul Corcoran, the construction of a gas pipeline which is to bring Russian gas to Germany under the Baltic Sea should start in April 2010 with a view to initial supply in 2011.
