23/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - Lithuanian Foreign Minister Vygaudas Usackas, who met European Justice Commissioner Jacques Barrot in Brussels on Thursday 18 June, called for simplification of the visa regime with the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad, between Poland and Lithuania, Itar-Tass reports.
