23/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 23 June, the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES) published its opinion on Bay of Biscay anchovies. It again calls for no fishing to be resumed “until at least July 2010”. Fishing was stopped in July 2005.
